Your weight sounds great for your height so don't go on one of those crazy diets. Eat healthy - lots of fruits and veggies and for that belly try crunches and long walks and don't send your pic to someone you don't know to develop a workout routine for you.

5'7" and 120? You need to consider gaining some weight. That seems a bit low for how tall you are. Diet and excersize is the way to go. But if you have a belly, I am guessing you dont do much of either and want a quick fix. In that case, can't help you sorry.

Actually, you're at a very healthy weight. To lose the little belly, just do some crunches and sit-ups (if they don't bother your back) every morning.

Actually, even better than doing ab crunches is doing Pilates. Faster results. It will cause you to lose inches, not weight. I found the perfect Pilates DVD at Walmart. It is called Pick your Spot Pilates. It is 10 minutes on your abs, 10 minutes on your, and 10 minutes on your thighs. I found mine for around $10.

You're weight is FINE for your age and height.

You need to do toning exercises.

Do crunches to firm up your abs.

DO NOT go on a weight loss diet!
