Please don't get a dog when you live in an apartment that does not allow them. They could find out in which you would be in the situation that you had to get rid of the dog. Then the poor dog has to be re-homed. It isn't fair. It isn't right to have the dog in the apartment all the time either, they deserve to get outside and have fun too.
Either move to an apartment that allows dogs or wait until you can move.

Sorry, dogs bark.. even a quiet dog will bark, whine, or howl on occassion. I consider my dog quiet, he howls for a few mins when I leave, he barks to greet anyone at the door, he will sometimes bark or whine to demand attention, he barks when he hears a strange noise.

If you want a dog, move to an apartment that allows dogs. You cant keep a dog shut up in an apartment, they do need to go outside for exercize, fresh air, and to see the vet and to be socialized.

If you want to own a dog, move to an apartment complex or rental that allows the dog. Why put the dog at risk if you would get one and then you are given an eviction notice or you must get rid of the dog. This isn't fair to the dog at all.

Do you just feel that rules and laws don't apply to you?

If you are found to have a dog in an apt that doesn't allow it, you'd probably get evicted or have to give up your dog. Either way you and the dog are screwed. It wouldn't be fair to the dog if you adopted and then had to give him up.

Try to find an apt that allows dogs before you get one. Right now, it seems like a bad idea to me.

If you live in an apt that doesn't allow dogs, you can't have a dog. You will eventually get caught. Then what will you do with your dog?

Please wait until you move.

Dogs are not meant to be kept indoors 100% of the time. He will need fresh air and exercise. How will you sneak him in and out?

Please wait.

No. My husky blend howls, barks and makes all forms of noise. yet another guy i understand owns a husky and he says it barks alot too. My canines in basic terms barks while he's approximately to choose for a stroll, is chuffed to work out me come homestead, he has an recommendations-set growl/howl ingredient while he seems at me, he has a chuffed bark while he desires to connect in a exciting communique with me, barks at my brother while he performs with him---perchance different huskies are quiet yet no longer mine. perchance its a canines ingredient. canines purely make noise. Get a cat, fish, or gerbil in case you choose some thing in general quiet.

I didn't realize you weren't allowed to have a dog at your apt. Definitely don't get a dog until you move into a place that allows them. Dogs should not be hidden, they are companions.

I'm sorry but all dogs need to go outside..it would be cruel to keep them inside all the time, the dog would not be happy, so you would not be happy.
Sometimes we have to sacrifice something we would love so much for their sake.
