Well here I go......Christ is King of the living.....not the dead. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. In Revelation the dead in Christ are crying out, how much longer must we wait.....the Bible does not imply death sleep. On the cross Jesus told the thief today you will be with me in paradise......well Jesus wasn't in paradise if he was dead and in the grave, and if he told someone they'd be with him.....where are they gonna be? It also states in the Bible
he that believeth in ME (Christ) though he were dead yet shall he live......you pass from death to life as this temporary life is death and life eternal exists only by the passage through death aka: the Valley of the Shadow......Christ had not come during Old Testament times there are Prophets that told of his coming...afterwards it changed. People used the law for instruction to follow in the ways to live, but John 3:16 says Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. My faith rest in a living God and a God of the living....not the dead.
As far as spirits oh yes, they do exist.......I'd be willing to bet you two dollars to a donut hole. I know an experience I had with my son three months after his death.....and there is not one doubt in my mind. I know my son. I was blessed with this experience and there is no I repeat No fabrication my mind could create that was any where in the ball park. I'm serious. You can say what you will, everyone is entitled to their opinion I know and it's as simple as that. I'm through.

Ghosts are an illusion from satan and they are not real. He is a master deceiver and has been trying to imitate God for a long time. The bible says that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. And we know that the Lord sits in heavenly places.
People having seen ghosts is in no way proof that there is an afterlife.Because when your body is weak, that's when the enemy of our soul, the devil himself gets very crafty. I can tell you these things from my own experience.
Right after my daughter had died, there were sounds coming from the bedroom , that she used to sleep in. When I walked in there, the radio was on. Nobody was in the room, it used to drive me crazy. Then we anointed the house and it stopped.
There is another scripture that says that the dead don't know nothing and if the Word is true, that means that they cannot plan to haunt us and things like that, if they don't know nothing.
They are not supposed to know nothing, they are dead !!!

You know- I'm very thankful for ghost. I work on a network with over 50 computers- when one crashes, I know I can use the ghost restore disk to restore the computers in far less time than it would take to run all of my install programs. Its even better now that it comes with the full System Works suite- now I can use Symantec's Go-Back to automatically create ghost images onto a spare partition on my hard drives once a week to keep my windows updates fresh in the restore points!
I strongly suggest owning a copy (note: sata users will still need a boot disk with their drivers).

ghosts , spirit , paranormal in general could answer so many questions for everyone

Actually, according to Christian theology, what you perceive to be "ghosts" are not the souls of the departed, but actually demons impersonating dead people. They know everything there is to know about a person, and they know that if they appear to people as a dead loved one, they will be led astray. The Bible tells us that when people die, they don't go immediately to Heaven or Hell, but sleep in the grave until Christ returns to resurrect them. Can you imagine how pissed off Lazarus would be, if Jesus had yanked him out of bliss in Heaven, to bring him back down to this sin-sick world? When Lazarus was raised from the dead, Jesus simply awoke him, as from a deep, dreamless sleep. Notice that no one around bothered to ask, "What was it like to be dead?" Because Lazarus had no knowledge that he was dead. There was nothing to tell.
The Bible says that "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do [it] with thy might; for [there is] no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest." Ecclesiastes 9:10.
"His sons come to honour, and he knoweth [it] not; and they are brought low, but he perceiveth [it] not of them. " Job 14:21.
"Mark 5:39 And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.
Mark 5:40 And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.
Mark 5:41 And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.
If the girl was truly "asleep" (as in taking rest), anybody could have awoken her. Only Jesus could wake her, because she was truly dead. Death is a sleep. All the dead, both wicked and saved, are asleep in the grave. They have no knowledge of the goings on above them. They cannot see you suffering and making bad choices here. Thank God! If that were so, then Heaven would be Hell. When Christ returns, the saved will be resurrected to life into new, perfect bodies of their old selves. The damned will remain in the graves for another 1,000 years, until Christ returns with His saved to judge the lost.

im christian too and i believe in the existance of spirits and demons.. they are very real. however... i dont agree with the practicing of witch craft and stuff like that.. and the after life that youre speaking about.. i hope youre referring to heaven or hell.. because those are the only two options.
