You'll need to clarify the question.
Do you want to convert TO a new religion? (Answer: Each religion has its own policies on how you become a new member; in most of Christianity, it's baptism. In Islam, it's accepting the Five Pillars.)
Do you want to convert AWAY FROM your existing religion? (Answer: again, each religion is different, but legally, you can usually resolve the issue by writing a letter of demission, requesting to have your name and records removed from their files)
Do you want to convert the ADHERENTS of your current religion to join you in another one? (Answer: This one will probably take some sort of miracle/magic trick. People are generally set in their ways, especially if their families have been grounded in a religion for more than a couple of generations.)

i still wonder why you like religion again when you hate one...
convertion is not needed..only confession is required.
it is very simple to become a CHRISTian, wash the inherited sin away .give rebirth to soul.....and just follow only one law in life ever .and the law is "love everyone as yourself.."
indeed christianity is not a religion ..it is a relationship.
even so called christians confused about christianity...so u b wise when you dress jesus.

If you mean how can you help your religion change for the better, I would suggest living a life of love and working for peace.
