Using truth tables to determine which expressions in each of the groups are equal:


F= ac' + a'c + bc
G= (a+c)(a'+b+c')


can someone show me how to do this problem please! Thanks so much

Yuchhh!!! Truth Tables.... Gaahhhhh!!!! Learn Boolean Algebra and you won't need them ☺

Make a table like this
F a b c

Now go down the rows and put in all of the combinations of a, b, and c (do it in a binary sequence, 000, 001, 010, 011, etc.)
Now go across each row and 'plug in' the values for a, b, and c into the equation and evaluate it for true or false. Put a 1 or 0 in the F column to indicate which it is and you're done.
