This is probably the most information you're gonna get online for this camera, which isn't that much at all.

I needed one for Canon and looked on the internet..then thought to Contact Canon by phone...they sent me one Fed-Ex and didn't charge me....now that's service...try that..look for the phone number for service or guarantees.
