Get it done by a proper dentist. Don't do it yourself or you'll rot your teeth.

Do it at a dentist office, most of the over the counter ones you do yourself are very short-term and a pain to use. Its not cheap, I think one is called, "whitebrite" treatment and it runs about $400. But this is a one-time, one hour treatment that works and will keep your teeth very white for about 2-3 years.

Different offices have different procedures, here at my office we do ZOOM it is very good, you don't have any of that goo, or trays in your mouth. Its just a light basically. After its done you will be sensitive, fluoride will help with this, we recommend ACT.
