I am new at chakras and i would like to know which way does the energy rotate? and is horizotal to the ground?

It is Chakram and not Chakras--- having gone through the website contents (suggested in the previous post) can you please translate this verse about different Chakrams.
"Mahim muladhare kamapi manipure huthavaham
Sthitham svadhistane hridi marutamakasamupari;
Mano’pi bhruu-madhye sakalamapi bhittva kula-patham
Sahasrare padme saha rahasi patyaa viharase."
If you do not know the meaning of this verse---what is the use of talking about Root,Shoot,Leafe,Heart,thoat,crown chakrams and all that.All the translations and the attractive DECEPTIVE pictures are NOT going to lead you anywhere.. .
