you're 13, call your parents
if they have any common sense then they will take the cat to the vet
and if your parents say that they don't have the money then tell them alot of vets will work out payment plans with them, some vets will even let you pay on a sliding scale fee
the humane society often times provides emergency vet care cheaper than most vet clinics
they need to be on the phone making some calls to find the cat a place to go ASAP
considering your age, it isn't your responsibility to do anything but to tell your parents
if you don't have their work phone numbers, google the name of the company they work for
this is an emergency situation and you need to call your parents - your parents need to take the cat to the vet
by letting the cat suffer at home your parents would be committing a crime known as animal cruelty; if they were to be reported to the police by a friend or neighbor then they could face severe fines, community service hours, and even jail time

She needs a vet, ASAP! I understand you are 13 and don't have money, but you need to tell your parents to take the cat to the vet now! This happened to my cat. It turned out she had dilated cardiomyopathy and she got a blood clot in her rear legs. It took too long for me to get her to the vet because I was at work when it happened, so by time I got her there, the doctor said she'd be paralyzed in both rear legs and one front leg. He suggested I just have her put down because her quality of life would be too poor. He said had I noticed it sooner he might have been able to do something, but it was just too late. It was horrible. It tore me appart inside. Please, stop wasting your cats precious time and find a way to get her to the vet.

you need to get her to a vet. They'll see what's wrong with her and help her. I'm sure they'll understand you don't have a lot of money, but caring for you pet is important. I'm sure you can work something out. It shouldn't cost too much. Try babysitting a little or mowing/raking lawns. Anything, just really need to get that poor cat to a vet. Best of luck!

D'uh, EMERGENCY,... vet, asap???

Geesh, you say "not mean comments", but it really doesn't take an Einstein!
Unless you want the cat to suffer horribly and you want the attention of computer answers.

Hmmm, she needs a vet ASAP. Given that she can't move, that might mean she's in pain. See if you can find a vet that does housecalls.

Start calling vets in the phone book and see which ones are the cheapest, or which ones will set up a payment plan.

please take her to the vet immediately can your parents take her & pay for her If not please go to the vet and explain you have not much money they will treat her and maybe come to an agreement about the fee this is really for your parents or guardian to sort out for you as you are only 13yrs old.
Ask an adult to sort this out immediately as the cat needs attention.
Good luck.
