Monkey Bread
Ingredients:
3 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup white sugar
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9-10 inch tube pan.
2. Mix white sugar and cinnamon in a medium sized plastic bag. Cut the biscuits into quarters and place six to eight biscuit pieces in the sugar cinnamon mix. Shake well.
3. Arrange pieces in the bottom of the greased pan. Continue layering until all the biscuit pieces are coated and in the pan, If you are using raisins, place them among the biscuit pieces as you are layering.
4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the brown sugar over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over the layered biscuits.
5. Bake for 35 minutes. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate. Pull apart and enjoy!
Icing:
Ingredients:
1/2 pound cream cheese
1/2 pound Margarine
1 pound powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
1.Allow cream cheese and margarine to get to room temperature.
2. Beat margarine and cream cheese together in a large bowl with a mixer.
3. Slowly add in the pound of powdered sugar.
4. After all the powdered sugar is added mix for 12 minutes (do not mix less than that).
5. When almost done, add in the extract and lemon juice.

Delicious and Easy Monkey Bread Recipe
Preparation Time: about 10 minutes
Cooking Time: about 30 minutes
Ingredients: (for 8 people)
4 tubes Biscuits (refridgerated)
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 cup Additional Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup Butter
1.5 cups Chopped Pecans
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F
1. Cut biscuits into quarters. Combine 3/4 cup white sugar with the cinnamon. Roll each biscuit quarter in the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
2. In a cake pan or baking dish (bundt pan is best), layer the biscuits and the pecans.
3. In a saucepan, slowly bring milk, remaining 3/4 cup white sugar, brown sugar, and butter to a boil. Remove from heat. Pour over biscuits in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until it is cooked to your liking! Flip pan over onto a serving dish and serve right away

Something Mom make when we were growing up.
MONKEY BREAD
3 cans Pillsbury biscuits
cinnamon
sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350*F. Make a cinnamon and sugar mixture to taste. Open and cut each biscuit into 4's.
Roll biscuit pieces in cinnamon/sugar mixture until evenly coated. Place evenly around greased bundt pan.
In a sauce pan, melt butter, brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth and creamy. Pour over biscuits.
Place in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until cake is slightly crunchy on top.
Remove from oven. Place a plate on top of bundt pan (upside down) and flip so that cake falls out onto plate.
STICKY FINGER FOOD! Serve hot and enjoy with coffee or tea!

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1. Cut each biscuit in fourths with scissors.
2. Shake biscuits in bag with sugar and cinnamon.
3. Layer biscuits into greased tube pan.
4. Sprinkle with nuts.
5. Melt margarine and brown sugar and boil 1 minute.
6. Pour over biscuits.
7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
8. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
9. To serve, just pinch off pieces and eat with fingers.

3 (10 ounce) pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2-1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons water
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
1. Preheat oven to 350° Place nuts onto bottom of greased bundt pan.
2. Quarter biscuits; roll in cinnamon and sugar that has been mixed together.
3. Place in pan.
4. Melt margarine, brown sugar and water; boil 2 minutes and pour over biscuits.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.

take a can of biskets put them in a bunt cake pan put butter on the biskets and then sprinkle with Cinnamon and sugar
