Anglo-Saxons = 400-700 AD

--- The Guttenburg Bible was printed in 1455

--- The King James Bible was printed in 1611

However, The Dead Sea Scrolls (discovered in early 1940's to late 1950's carbon dated 300 BC to 68 AD) = manuscripts predate the King James Version of the Bible by 1000 years.

In response to those who believe that Judaism or Christianity 'borrowed' anything from the Greek or Roman Mythology. Please take note of the following information.

The term "Christian" was first used in The Bible, in the Book of Acts; which was written in between 60 AD - 70 AD

Acts 11:26
"And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch."

Acts 14:11-15
“And when the crowds saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in Lycaonian, “The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!” Barnabas they called Zeus, and Paul, Hermes, because he was the chief speaker. And the priest of Zeus, whose temple was at the entrance to the city, brought oxen and garlands to the gates and wanted to offer sacrifice with the crowds. But when the apostles Barnabas and Paul heard of it, they tore their garments and rushed out into the crowd, crying out, “Men, why are you doing these things? We also are men, of like nature with you, and we bring you good news, that you should turn from these vain things to a living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all that is in them.”

Paul and Barnabas were known as Jews before arriving at Antioch. History of Jerusalem: Began in 4500-3200 BCE

That question is best asked of Christians who were once among you. Many would reply that they have stopped doing for you and are now doing for God.

Those Christian commandments that you abhor are the foundational principles underneath the laws that make robbing you in your home illegal (thou shall not covet thy neighbor's property) and taking your life a capital offense (thou shall not commit murder)....
