Hey yarish, exercise is by far the best way to boost your metabolism, but there are some ways to help quite a bit with the way you eat and that doesn't mean just to eat the right foods which of course is important. You also have to eat smaller more frequent meals that are enough for fuel, but aren't so easily stored as fat. I am a triathlete so I exercise (a lot), but I also eat six times a day. I have a small breakfast, mid-morning snack (just ate 20 almonds), lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner and sometimes an after-dinner snack. You never feel really hungry so you don't eat as much and your body is ready to use whatever you do eat. Lastly, muscles use a lot of calories to function so any muscle building exercise will help with overall metabolic rate. Hope that helps.

Well there are actually a few things that you can do. First, you want to drink plenty of water. Second, make sure you eat 3 meals a day starting with breakfast try to stay away from processed food and eat plenty of veggies and fruit. Also, things like flax seed oil, apple cider vinegar and golden seal will help.

Only one way that really works is exercise. Yes if you want to raise your body metablosim you got to move the body so that your heart rate is elevated into the so called fat burn area. Which is about 65% of your max heart rate.
