Many men worry that they aren't physically able to raise kids when they get older but the truth is that most parenting happens when they speak, parenting is emotional, logical and loving or at least it should be.

I would rather my children have a father who is in his late 50's but is a man who thinks before he speak and is always there when the child needs sound advice or comfort over a man who is in his 20's or 30's who is too busy having a good time for them self and can't put a child's needs before their own.

My cousin who is in a wheelchair is a far better parent then most of the coaches on his son's baseball league. My husband and I had his first child after his 42nd birthday and I knew him 20 yrs ago and he would not have been half the father he is now.

Age is a good thing, as long as the man has grown up. The same goes for both parents........

I don't think age should matter,as long as he's still capable enough to run around with them, his eye sight and hearing is still good enough to be responsible enough to look after them safely and his health is good so he'll be around for a long time.

They should stop when they start forgetting everyday where they put their hat, or cup, or keys, or wallet! Men should have to take a Dr. Phil boot camp course before they have kids. Just kidding. Sort of.

There's no limit, but it's better to limit it at 50. At least you're still in your right frame of mind when your children reach adulthood.
