All i found is his quote :

"At bottom God is nothing more than an exalted father.

"A poor girl may have an illusion that a prince will come and fetch her home. It is possible; some such cases have occurred. That the Messiah will come and found a golden age is much less probable."

where can i get more details ?

Also see C. Jung, 'collective unconscious' and Patriarchal system.

Oh and you cannot Psycho-analyze God because there is no one opinion of what God is, only those who believe in a God. See transference link.

Jung stated the he did not believe in God, 'he knew'.

According to Freud religion is an illusion and something negative. He wrote a book on the subject called "The Future of an Illusion".

God is a replacement for the lost father figure. It is meant to substitute for the abusive absent father that spends all of his time at work and then ignores the child when home.

God was invented to corral the insecure.
