Go to Windows Update.

http://www.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us

Carry out a custom search for Updates, and a driver should be found under the sub category of hardware. Tick the box next to this. Then Windows Update will Download and Install.

Locate your computers makes and model. Ex. HP A610n. Then, go to your manufactures website and download the sound drivers for your computer, and that's it.
