Try placing a slice of cold cucumber over each eye and then relax for about 5 Min's and this should reduce any puffiness around the eyes.
When i look tired, by bags are usually worse if i look pale too! so go and buy a good fake tan ( tan towels are great and they are only £1.49) or go for a spray tan and this will give you an instant glow! plus when i put fake tan on, the day after when it has developed and i put on my foundation, it covers everything and my skin looks so much better!

give yourself a pamper cleanse the face and apply moisturiser and lie back on the bed and place a slice of cucumber over each eye listen to some music and relax for a half hour rinse with cold water and give it a few days you will feel and see a difference ?if you have tiered eyes do the same procedure using two used teabags rinse them in cold water squeeze out and place over the eyes you will feel like going out when you felt like going to bed ?turn the teabags and the cucumbers every 10 Min's sounds awful trust me it works good luck

I'm not sure about long term fixes. But short term, if you put a small spoon in the freezer overnight and then hold it up to your eyelids it reduces puffiness. YSL Touch Eclat is great for hiding bags x

Interestingly enough, I was told that many people with feline allergies have constant bags under the eyes - that they have shadows all the way around the eyes. I have always had dark skin above and below my eyes, and I cover it with makeup. I also have a feline allergy. D'oh!

I bought some oil of olay eye wrinkle cream, it does not work, unless my bags are so big that you can carry your lunch in them, I tried preperation H it does work but you can only use it when you are not going out, because it leaves shiny marks
