my "file" button doesn't appear on the tool bar. i think it used to be there. also, my down button by the url window is blank every time i start surfing. i've checked out my tools, internet options and have the box checked for twenty days. i can not figure it out.

It depends - do you want to go back there again, or are you trying to save a picture of the page? One way to save a picture of the page on a PC is by clicking "edit", "select", "all", "edit", and "copy". Then open up a blank document in Word or whatever your computer uses, put your cursor on the blank page, click "edit" and "save". You can import the pictures to your hard drive by right-clicking on them and choose "save image as...".

Be careful. Sometimes saving pages and pictures is the same as stealing. Make sure you have permission.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7, place your cursor just after the tabs and click the right mouse button. A menu should pop up and click on Meny bar. The Menu bar should appear and you'll be able to acess the File | Save As option.

Got your message...Try Right-clicking the top bar in your window to select the Navigation toolbar
