Legally? Nearly no where. A few people do actually publish their own sheet music to the public for free, but that is less than 1% of the music out there. Go pay for it. The people that actually write music do not get paid a lot for it, and when you steal it, you take away any inspiration for them to continue to write or publish music, and you also make it difficult for them to do so since they can't get paid for their work when the work is stolen.
