Hiya, I'm getting stomach problems every week or so, basically my stomach feels tight, like something is blocking it or something, which makes me feel extremly sick and bloated. I went to my doctor and he said I eat too fast. So I started eating really slowly, but it is making it worse.
Do you know what else it could be?
Thanks for any advice, I will choose a best answer also.

I hope your doctor ordered an ultra sound, just to rule out anything really serious.

It could be diet. Is there anything new your eating? I had a whole host of intestinal problems for a while and it turned out I was eating too much salmon, which is oily. (who would have known? It only took me a year to figure that one out)

Recently I've had stomach discomfort again. I concluded I'm not 'regular' enough with my trips to the bathroom so I've taken steps to improve things. I call it 'increasing the total body filtration system'. Symptoms have all but disappeared. Took me a substantial time to figure this one out too! This may or may not help but if it does and saves you the years (literally) I've been trying to find answers for myself then I'm glad to have helped! Good luck in figuring it out.

It's possible that you have food sensitivity. Many people are sensitive to foods without being allergic to them. This means that rather than have immediate alarming symptoms, they get more subtle symptoms, such as the ones you describe. And often these symptoms don't come on immediately after consuming the food your sensitive to, so it's hard to make the connection. I would start by eliminating wheat and dairy from your diet for a few days. Drink lots of water and see if you feel better. If you do feel better, then work back in small amounts of either wheat or dairy. Do it slowly, so you can figure out which food it is. The reason I said to start with wheat and dairy is that lots of people are sensitive to them so it's a good guess that you might be sensitive too.

Good luck!

Hmm... The best thing for you to do is eat some fruit. Fruit is the best thing that would make you feel all better. Trust me and you'll feel better in no time. Also be aware of what you eat because if you eat so much spicy food your stomach will feel like it's sick. so watch what you eat from now on. I hope this helps you.

I would go to another Dr. and get a second opinion. There are many possible reasons for this. I don't mean to scare you , but some possibilities are very severe and will need to have tests done. It may also be nothing. I really would at the very least get a second opinion.

Try some eating some yogurt-- the probiotics in there help with digestion. If you can't eat yogurt take some acidophillus pills. But honestly you should get a second opinion.

One thing that has helped me is fish oil. Every night before I go to bed I take 2 fish oil tablets (I keep them in the freezer so they don't taste fishy). This has helped a lot with my stomach problems and it also helps with many other things such as: your complexion, seretonin, omego 3, eczema. Try that I think thta it would help alot. I also take vitamins every morning as well.

Try eating some plain yogurt between meal. If you pursue the problem with Doctors they will want to do an endoscope, (look in your stomach).

you need to avoid outside food. since you are busy in meetings and outdoor work you need to carry tiffin with you. even carrying water bottle will be helpfull as outside water is not potable especially in rainy season. fatty liver is not anything major. do not take any medications without medical advice.
