Thaw it and broil it under a hot heat until it just turns pink. Check the package ofr specific time.
Be sure to brush it with butter before you get broil it and after it comes out.

Serve it with either a garlic lemon butter, or with a simple drwn butter.

I forgot to tell you.. if it is still in the shell. cut the shell down the middle, and pull the meat out siting it on top of the shell.

You can get frozen lobster? Lobster should never be frozen to preserve quality and freshness of the natural sweet flavor of the flesh. If possible, try to purchase fresh fish and shellfish whenever possible. avoid an overly briney/fishy odor and pay attention to the coloration and freshness of the eyes if buying a whole product. Eyes should be bright and not glazed or cloudy looking. Otherwise, if you are incorporating the lobster into anything you are cooking, add it in the frozen state. Do not defrost first. If broiling, do not defrost first. Prepare like fresh.

If your lobster is in the shell then drop into boiling salted water for 5mins (thaw it first). The rule of thumb for cooking them fresh is 20 mins from the second boil. All you need to do is warm yours. If it's frozen meat then thaw and use in whatever way you choose. Here in Maine , we typically "pick out" the meat and freeze it for stews or lobster rolls after the lobster feed!! We are VERY particular when it comes to lobster!

Defrost in luke warm-cool water keep in a Ziploc protect the meat. Slippers cut out any blood lines if? and one slice carefully down the middle of the back , crack open the under belly with your hands use a potholder if u need.. Broil right side up first. Flip to belly up beware it won't take long and best left undercooked as she will cook up some once out of the broiler. Leave to cool. Meanwhile melt butter, garlic, lemon pepper seasoning and lemon mixed. Garlic to taste, light on lemon pepper. Squeeze lemons over the lobster meat or put on plates. Serve and enjoy. Nice white wine best. Some jasmine rice goes great in the butter and steamed broccoli.
So what time is dinner? I used to catch them with my Father in Hawaii all the time. We froze the tails. (also ok to defrost in the frig) We caught alot of them freezing never hurt. FYI
Best meals of all time! Enjoy. Aloha.

I steam them in a steamer basket over boiling water, with a lid on. I just put them in (frozen) the basket when the water's boiling and slap a lid on it and time it for 12 minutes.

I'm actually making this next week again, and it's great with a lemon garlic butter.
