What condition/mental illness is this? (a long description)?

Description: A 61 year old woman. Can't read, write, or drive. Most of the time she is angry, rude or hateful.
Has a husband, 5 kids, 3 grandkids.
She talks to herself (say comments outloud instead of in her mind). She don't hear voices, but just say comments outloud in third person sometimes.
Some days she's jolly, with the blink of a eye she could be ill. Woman has a raging temper and quick to threaten harm. Never say sorry when she mistreat others, never take responsibility.

What would you call her condition. Thank you all.

Dangerous. She needs evaluation. It's anti social see if it could go to harming self or others.

Please get her medically accessed if you're in a postion to. I won't try to dignose her but my nonna was similar when she was in the beginning stages of dementia.
