Liat is an airline company that specialises in 'island-hopping'. My parents went island hopping with Liat about 4 years ago and they really enjoyed it. They bought suvineers from almost every island they hopped on. http://www.liatairline.com/

I've been trying for years to get an Air Jamaica Island Hopper, but they only sell them to people outside the Caribbean. Make sure you do all your ticket buying from home for that reason.
