Those emotions are a waste of energy. Just stay on your path and keep moving forward. Concentrate on the good in your life not wasted emotions like guilt..

Behavior? Never because I make it a point to not do things that I'm ashamed of or would feel guilty about.
Thoughts? Almost always. I'm always chiding myself and reminding myelf that "that isn't nice or fair".

I don't remember the last time I felt ashamed or guilty. Years.

Not often. I try to avoid doing things that would make me feel ashamed or guilty.

All the time. The more we submit to the leading of the Holy Spirit, the more we become conscious of sin. We should not dwell on these past acts of sin but we need to acknowledge them. This is a never ending process of purging sin, especially unknown or forgotten sin, from our lives. Those who have had their consciences seared with a hot iron, no longer feel guilt or shame, their hearts have become hardened. They are like animals, having no remorse or shame and continuing on in their lustful, sinful ways. Listen when the Spirit of God chastises you for your thoughts or actions, repent and move on. Know with absolute certainty that Christ Jesus forgives you and holds no sin against you.
We are being trained by Gods truth, and our minds, thoughts and actions are in direct conflict with the Holiness of God.
Some areas of our lives are more deeply imbedded, more sinful than other areas, especially our minds. It is a lifelong process and no one is ever perfect, standing before God Almighty. Listen to Gods Spirit and acknowledge your sin and then move on, allow Gods Spirit to strengthen you in your time of doubt and shame. God Bless You. Peace.

rebel,
Are you lonesome tonight
do you miss me tonight
Are you sorry we drifted apart
Does your memory stray to a bright sunny day
When I kissed you and called you sweetheart
Do the chairs in your parlor seem empty and bare
Do you gaze at your doorstep and picture me there
Is your heart filled with pain, shall I come back again
Tell me dear, are you lonesome tonight
Spoken:
I wonder if you're lonesome tonight
You know someone said that the world's a stage
And each must play a part
Fate had me playing in love you as my sweet heart
Act one was when we met, I loved you at first glance
You read your line so cleverly and never missed a cue
Then came act two, you seemed to change and you acted strange
And why I'll never know
Honey, you lied when you said you loved me
And I had no cause to doubt you
But I'd rather go on hearing your lies
Than go on living without you
Now the stage is bare and I'm standing there
With emptiness all around
And if you won't come back to me
Then they can bring the curtain down
Is your heart filled with pain, shall I come back again
Tell me dear, are you lonesome tonight

I sometimes feel guilty because of a want I have but I generally push it to the back of my mind and go on.

Shame & Guilt are Law & Law are Loser & Loser.
Hebrews 11 is a hall of shame, not a hall of fame.
These all died and received not the promise. Selah.
Grace has no shame nor any guilt: no law law at all.
His Grace doesn't law impute sin to any: 2Cor 5:19.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Hardly ever. I feel stupid sometimes because I say and do stupid things. And I'm clumsy. But ashamed and guilty? Nah.

Not that often. When I do it's usually because I make an insensitive remark that crosses the line. Then I can't really take it back.
