You made the right decision and you need not worry about what you may be going through. Many of us, and I think all of us faced the same trials, uncertainties, ridicules and all that you may be going through before we learned to stand upright with our resolve to follow Jesus.

What you need to purpose and to focus on in order to overcome what you are going through is to make a clear demarcation of your life before you rededicated yourself to Christ and now. That is to say that you may need to lay aside some of the things that used to occupy your time, some of your wayward friends and generally to spend a lot of time in fellowship with other Christians. Seek out men and women of faith around you and spend a lot time with them. Try to pray and read the bible at least once every day, preferably in the morning.

I remember when I got saved I had a lot of drinking buddies, was a member of various groups, clubs etc and it was really difficult to dislodge myself from all that. It was a very trying period but I made a commitment within myself – in my heart that I will not allow myself to backslide to my old ways. I stood my ground when I faced temptations from friends and many other desires within myself, and because of my resolve, they all faded away one by one.

I also decided to spend most of my time in the church and in fellowships with other Christians.

I therefore urge you to stand your ground by resisting all the temptations and you will see full deliverance from all that you are going through.

God bless you.

It is difficult at times to stay focused and dedicated to the Lord, when there is so much hatred and animosity in this world. Don't give up!! The Lord didn't promise us that a life on earth would be easy. Pray diligently, continue to seek God in all that you do and most of all, try daily to follow after Christ in all that you do. May the Lord bless and keep you.

My Friend....The only time it's HARD is when you still want the things you just turned your back on. You have to want Christ more than you want ANYTHING Else.

It's only hard to train for football when you'd rather not train.

It's only hard to study when you'd rather be doing something else.

You have to WANT this more than anything else or it's always going to be "hard".
That's the devil's stronghold on you.
The Bible says that His commandments are not burdensome. They're not hard so don't make God out to be a liar. Show Him you can do it. Show Him you mean it. Show Him that this time your'e in for life. It's all about your committment level. You're either going to do this or you're not. You're either GOING to play football and endure the training and not quit...or you're going to quit! (Analogy) God Bless You!

It is very hard, but it just pushes you to rely on God, He can get you through anything. Start going to church and join a small group or Bible study to get connected to other Christians in your area. It's always encouraging to know your not alone. Some of your friends from before may tease you, but most will respect you. Just make sure you don't push your thoughts on them.
Good luck and God bless!!!

Jam 1:2 Dear brothers and sisters,[fn2] whenever trouble comes your way, let it be an opportunity for joy.
Jam 1:3 For when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow.
Jam 1:4 So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be strong in character and ready for anything.

I recently found Christ in the last year. It is hard, but remember if you stay the course the joys will be never ending.

"Christianity...[has become] the most perverted system that ever shone on man....Rogueries, absurdities and untruths were perpetrated upon the teachings of Jesus by a large band of dupes and imposters led by Paul, the first great corrupter of the teaching of Jesus." --- Thomas Jefferson

“The son-ship of Jesus Christ is the greatest fiction of human history.” (Lord Bishop of Canterbury Commission, the Spiritual Head of England, 1910.)

“The son-ship of Jesus Christ, the Trinity, the blood sacrifice of the lamb of God, atonement are not the teachings of Jesus. These are all inventions of Saint Paul who never really met Jesus.” (Hastings Rashdall, The Theory of Good and Evil)

"Initially there were 34 gospels that were compiled by word of mouth. Four were chosen for unclear reasons and 30 were left behind [burned]. (Encyclopedia Britannica)

“There is strong reason to believe that St. Paul fabricated the belief system of Christianity from Zoroastrian mythology. In order to hide Paul’s plaigerism… Christians burned the library of Alexandria in 390 A.D. Books in that library kept Mithra’s original story of what Pauline Doctrine is an almost exact copy. (George Sarton , Introduction to History of Sciences) ,

Although Nontrinitarian beliefs continued to multiply, and among some people (such as the Lombards in the West) it was dominant for hundreds of years afterward, the Trinitarians gained the immense power of the Roman Empire. Nontrinitarians typically argue that the primitive beliefs of the Christianity were systematically suppressed (often to the point of death), and that the historical record, perhaps also including the Scriptures of the New Testament, was altered as a consequence.

I'd say hold fast to your morals and values.

And even when you feel like your straying from the path. Pray on it and ask God to give you strength to face your obstacles.

Prayers don have to be long drawn out and well thought out. A simple "Father be with me" is good enough.

If you are finding it hard struggling to stay the path then you have not gone back to Christ. If you are truly dedicated to Christ you won't find it hard at all.

Edit.....See if you can do this :
Christ reversed the priorities of values :

from...... WEALTH,POWER,PRIVILEGED POSITION....to
RESPECT ,LOVE,MEEKNESS,HUMILITY .

Now thats not very difficult to do, is it ?

It is hard, but remember it will be worth it. As long as you know that he walks beside you every step you take, than its a lot easier to do what you know is right. Dont worry about ridicule, or being judged. Bc you know where your headed!

-Good luck and God Bless
