They are SUPREMELY OVERRATED. They are number 8 by default because of losses of Michigan and Penn State and Louisville. Look at their last 4 gms. they face Penn State at HAPPY VALLEY. Loss. Wisconsin. Loss. Illinois. Iffy if Juice busts loose, they played them well last year. And Michigan at the Big House. OSU fans think theyre team is good cause they beat Northwestern? Northwestern?!

Lol. You're just a sore loser Michigan fan. Wisconsin almost lost to Citadel, so they have no chance against the Buckeyes. Illinois is always terrible, only an idiot who even consider them to win. If Penn St can't score more than 9 at Michigan, they won't score at all against a much better Ohio State defense. And of course Michigan will be huge underdog going into the Ohio State game every year until they prove they can beat the Buckeyes, and this year will be no different. The Buckeyes will beat them by 20 points.

You can't say Ohio State is overrated until they lose. They are winners, no matter how they look. And if the Buckeyes are overrated, so is every other team they play. Wisconsin looked bad at Citadel. Penn State lost to Michigan. Michigan is the only team ranked where they should be, off the charts.

Will they lose 1 or 2? Maybe. More than that? No way. Will they lose at Michigan? Not a chance.

There are A LOT of overrated teams in the top 25, even just a few spots out of the top 25! Tennessee, Miss St, and Arkansas are still getting votes!! What is wrong with the pollsters!? Come can we please have a freaking playoff already!?
As for your question. I think Ohio St is overrated too. Yes with Michigan and then Penn St turning around and losing to Michigan. Ohio St benefited greatly! They have @ Purdue, that could be a loss. They have @ Penn St, that is a loss. Wisconsin @ home, another loss. Then @ Michigan. Loss.
So I see 3 losses, maybe 4 this year for Ohio St.
PLAYOFF SYSTEM for Div 1A!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you must be a sore loser Michigan fan, only that kind of whiny panties stuck in the crack thinking could come from a Michigan fan.

They are barely rated, they will lose to Purdue, I don't think they will lose or come close to Wisconsin, remember the Citadel, come on, that was close until the 4th quarter. I think they can beat Penn State, because Michigan beat them, but that is definitely a question mark. and the Michigan game is always a toss up.

I could see 3 losses, but everyone has said this is rebuilding, and if the Buckeyes win those games you will be the 1st person that I e-mail.

I think you need to lay off the inhalants!

OSU knows they are good this year!!! Michigan is not permitted to say they are good at ANYTHING after losing to App. State & Oregon!! Wisconsin?? they'll choke down the stretch as always. Illinois?? are they still in the Big 10?? and Penn State?? not a chance!!

Prior to the beginning of the season I shared your thoughts in that they would lose three games. However, after watching them play I am impressed in that the coaching staff has done a good job in having younger players fill some huge vacancies especially on offense. As far as Big 10 teams, the Buckeyes may be the best team in the Big 10 and may only have one loss. This is a down year for the Big 10.

Ohio State is Ohio State. That basically means they are the favorites until they actually lose, if they lose at all. Penn St beat who??? Yeah three Northwestern type teams, so count them out. Wisconsin barely beats three Northwestern type teams, scratch that one too. And Michigan??? They lost to a Northwestern type team, plus they do not know how to beat Ohio State or win a bowl game. I sure hope you do not bet on any college games.

Penn State. i do no longer want to ascertain the Buckeyes get into the national championship returned. i do no longer be responsive to if Penn State could additionally pass undefeated after that. yet while Penn State beats OSU this Saturday it ends Ohio States probabilities of enjoying in the national call pastime this 365 days. i do no longer desire a difficulty to ensue like final 365 days the place OSU ended up moving into because of the fact each and all the communities in the right 5 desperate to lose in the final week of the season/convention championship pastime.

They might be slightly overrated, but not as much as you think. They will beat Illinois and Michigan. Wisconsin will be a close game, they lose to Penn State.

I am a Michigan fan.
I am not whiny. I have watched these teams since the 60's when I was teen.........Ohio probably is good ...why shouldn't they be. Is Michigan that bad. I don't think so.
Ohio will come into our house in Nov....and I am putting my money on Michigan.
