If free will is natural and obeys the laws of physics, then it's an illusion and you don't have free will.
If free will is natural but does not obey the laws of physics, then explain what supernatural means.
If free will is supernatural, then explain which laws of physics it does not obey.

Windom Earle: Yes, but I'm simplifying it for the Christians. If true randomness exists (and I suspect it does not) then you still don't have free will. It's still deterministic, just no longer predictable.

Free will is different then free agency. Free will is about the decisions people make. Free agency is whether everything is planned, every act of nature was predestined, so to speak, or whether there is some randomness or circumstance in the events of nature.
God is not bound by the laws of physics or the laws of nature, God transcends those laws because he is supernatural. The question is if God allows free agency and does not interfere (i.e Deism) or if God acts through Providence and may sometimes bend or break those laws (i.e. walking on water).
We have free will, but we are not supernatural so we are bound by the laws of nature.

I'd just like to point out you're assuming the laws of physics are deterministic. Quantum theory suggests otherwise.
Regardless, I don't believe in "free will" as a legitimate philosophical concept, but to explain why would take more space than is available here.

Not just Christians, lots of cultures have had some kind of a problem with homosexuality and left handedness. Both are very outdated I think, but there are those who still follow the dogma.

I don't think you can say free will obeys the laws of physics, as much as you can say that the pistons firing in your head obey the laws of physics. If our programming allows us to fool ourselves into thinking we're free willed then, yes in that sense it does obey the laws of physics.

Can we move on, from natural & supernatural to "spiritual".
The biblical order is natural(law) first, spiritual(grace) after.
It is preposterous order to teach first and learn after.
Howbeit if law spirit-u-al after? Perversion, not conversion.
Conversion is from law to grace, from imperfect to perfect.
Perversion is from law to another law, forsaken to wretched.
Law: I will forget you and I will forsake you: Jeremiah 23:39
Grace: I will never leave you nor forsake you: Hebrews 13:5
Ask 800,000 usa PTSD-ers how GWB rule of law feels;
They'll all now say it feels both wretched and forsaken.
That's why they are collectively sue-ing the usa gov't.
But Law vs Law is as Loser vs Loser; Loser either way.
Grace is above all Them vs Them.
No them vs them at all in us-ward-->
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

I can decide to answer or not answer this question.
That implies free will. However, whatever I finally decide to do depends on what thoughts are already in my mind, so it seems doubtful if free will actually exists.

The laws of physics can be changed, but they are the norm.
Free will is not physical, and so it is not controlled by nature.

Mankind likes to believe that he has "free will", but yet his supposed "free will" does not change who he is, where he came from, or his ultimate destiny.
There are only two truths. God is ALL... everything else is nothing. Man has "free choice" at best, but even his "free choice" is subject to God's will...ask Jonah.
