No one understands the diety of God and Christ.
Being born again is a changing of oneself. It's a burial. Like when we are baptized (Immersion) into Christ the bible says we are buried in his death then we are raised in newness of life. (Romans 6)
It's a life change. Our life isn't ours anymore-it's his.

Yes, there is something to be understood. You need to understand that God exist. He created you. He loved you. And He is offering you free child adoption. And you will live eternally in Heaven. All you have to do is to believe Jesus Christ and receive Him, be baptized in His founded Church for validation of your salvation.

when people don't understand and ask questions I wonder why they ask the way they do does it have to be according to your statements or not at all ...I think thats why people think maybe christians are picking on them..
To answer your question yes I think it's important to understand somethings but not nessesary that you understand doctorine as such .. will it evolve yes.. as your faith matures ... does it always mature no some people backslide some aren't really christians... many have doubts It's probably safer to say that theres no set answer esspecially as you phrased it ...jesus said he was god ... thats why the jews killed him not for any other crime ..he said it to pilate and a ton of others..according to the jewish law he broke the law unless he really was the messiah...and they couldn't accept him as their king since he came as a humble servent and a lamb to be sacraficed ... he became sin in order that the law might be fuffilled in us Romans 8;1

No. Of course not. St. Paul is clear in Ephesians 2:8-9. It's not based on ANYTHING *WE* do. Even that faith we have is a GIFT of God's grace.
Being "born again" is something God does TO us in the waters of the Sacrament of Holy Baptism.

i rededicated myself to Christ recently, yes u have to understand, and believe the deity of Christ, but u also have to submit to His will. we are saved by faith alone. the first time i was "born again i believed that Jesus died for us, but i didnt submit to his will. submitting was and still is the hardest battle of my life
