The general consensus is that you are reborn into the same issues until you learn to deal with them. You must learn your lessons before continuing on.

Yeah I agree with Daughter as usual here. Remember that all pagan beliefs are different and also there are many different Wiccan traditions so each is different and to each his own. My personal belief is that we live each life learning important lessons before we get to the Summerlands. Therefore if you commit suicide as an easy escape to the problems you are just adding another life. Because you will be reborn into another body that will experience the same issues until you learn the lesson you are supposed to learn. I think this is the general feelings of most Wiccans, all the ones I have met at least. I guess to me the summerlands seems like it would be heaven. while there is no hell in the wiccan traditions there may still be a heaven of a sense. there is no hell for the simple fact that there is no pure evil. evil is in every person but good is in every person as well. so it is just a matter of how you live your life.
Edited to add: Also I would say that suicide is definately not the way due to the harm none law. I'm a believer that the harm none law also extends to oneself and by commiting suicide you would in fact be breaking that rule which is one of the few(or only) Solid rule that can be found in most wiccan traditions.

Yes, reincarnation and summerland occur as normal. Wiccans generally do not view the afterlife or next life as a reward or punishment - it is simply a continuation of life in another form.
Wiccans don't generally speak of "sin." We try to act our best according to the situation and understand that simply requiring or banning certain actions does not always properly address the situation. Life is precious and should not be lightly discarded. But we don't see people as being lesser because they couldn't cope with their life.
As an aside, not all Christians believe that suicide victims go to hell. That is a Catholic doctrine. Some, but not nearly all, Protestants agree with the sentiment. I can't, for example, imagine my mother's Methodist church viewing someone disdainfully if they committed suicide. Suicide is a tragedy.
Good question.

Harm none applies to ourselves as well as others. We come into each life with lessons set for us to learn. If we fail to learn these lessons we are doomed to repeat them. Just like failing a grade, lol. But in general, a serious wiccan does take the Rede seriously, and realises that they will be reborn into that same set of problems that caused them to commit suicide. Fortunately, the Wiccan community as a whole is a group of people willing to listen. The Wiccan considering suicide has a wonderful support network at their disposal, should they choose to use it.

Depends on why and how.
Edit: The Wiccan Rede is "an it harm none, do as you will" NOT harm none. It only speaks to actions that do no harm. Suicide is not an action that does no harm and thus is discussed ELSEWHERE in Wiccan ethics. However, if you never open the Wicca box, and just spend your time reading what's printed on the outside, you might think otherwise.

Maybe you'll still get reincarnated, but according to this Alexandrian book of shadows. If you commit such a crime, you reincarnated cycle stops and you can't be reborn.
But that belief is up to each one of us, if we are going to hell for such an act, then we do.

I am not sure what the particular views and what would be changed for wiccans in particular, but I think most reincarnation beliefs see suicide as quite a bad thing. even if its not the whole damned for eternity thing that some christians have going on it.

Largely depends on the influence of the Wiccan and what was the reasons for suicide.
A Buddhist-like influence may suggest - the life's lesson was not learned and they'd be recarnated.
I doubt one'd be punished for eternity becasue of a mental illnes.

I would not judge someone whose health condition causes themj to choose death as more tolerable than continuing their current human life.
