The great Aku inspires me in my own plans for world domination - he's the only evil overlord on TV, that I know of anyway, who actually succeeded in taking over the world...
Seriously though, there are a few, and not just in TV. I admire people like John Stewart, the Dixie Chicks, George Clooney, Leonardo diCaprio (along with many others) who are using their influence to try and make a positive change in the world, be it on social inequality, the environment or just taking a stand based on your principles, despite the ramifications to your career or income. Because of their high profiles, these folks can do so much to raise awareness - we pretty-much have Al Gore to thank for the marked increase in awareness on Global Warming we've seen over the last thre or four years. When somebody with that kind of profile starts talking, people listen. Too bad more of them don't have the guts to do the same.
