Well flirting is ok but if all he does is ask to feel your boobs every 5 minutes then he isnt worth asking out anyway..

Hair color doesn't make any difference to me as long a a girl has a sweet personality and a nice smile and a good sense of humor and a really cute butt.....

If he wants to touch your boobs he probably just wants sex. If I were you i'd dump him. he don't like you for who you are.

independant I don't need to babysit somebody. But, not somebody comepletly independant. Then they wouldn't need me.

heres the problem with everything you've just stated, it is all on a circumstancial and person basis, it always varies based on the situation and the people involved in it, noone can answer your questions based on what you've just asked, its like saying whats x+y=100 without giving you either factors.
