i know what you mean. there was no need for the smart *** to answer like that. The Navy Construction Battalion a.k.a Navy SeaBee's do all sorts of things. mostly of course build. they build bridges, railways, houses for disaster relief, and pretty much anything else. There Motto is We Build, We Fight. There are 7 seven ratings/jobs; Steelworker, Builder, Construction Electrician, Utiitiesman, Equipment Operator, Engineering Aid, and Construction Mechanic. if you are thinking about joining the Seabee's, great choice, read up on the jobs and figure which is best for you. you could also be one of various other Navy rates and just be an attachment to the Seabee's.

I'll take a stab at it... To squeeze things?

constriction [kuhn-strik-shuhn]

1. the act of constricting.
2. the state of being constricted; tightness or inward pressure.
3. a constricted part.
4. something that constricts.
5. Phonetics. an articulated narrowing of the vocal tract that in consonants audibly obstructs the flow of air and in vowels defines an interconnection between or among resonance cavities. Compare closure (def. 6).

I am sorry, my smart a$5 answer was meant in good humor. I hope I didn't offend. ;o)
