I`m desperate! I must lose 20 pounds till my husband`s anniversary in December. All friends are gonna be there and relatives from Italy we haven`t seen for quite some time. I don`t wanna look like a whale. I need to start a diet, and I need it fast! I`ve heard about some weight loss sites, which one is best? Thanks a lot!

Hey, no need to panic, you have enough time to get in shape. It`s important to lose no more than 2 lbs per week. My friend lost 10 lbs in a month or so and I remember she used to plan her meals on projectweightloss.com, she recommended it to me too. You also find there a fitness planner and you can use their weight charts. The charts show you how many calories you need to eat per day, and if the food you ate is over or under the calorie limit you need to stick to. You`ll also find there lotsa forums, clubs, and thousands of friends willing to support you.

Just cut out your bread consumption, all junk food - cookies, potato chips etc., cut down on your portions, add more green veggies instead of potatoes & rice and drink 6 glasses of water a day. You will be shocked how much weight you can lose especially if you start doing some cardio exercising - even if it's walking. Go out in the morning for a brisk 1/2 hour - an hour then another in the evening for another 1/2 hour - an hour. Make sure you add some ab exercises in there so you can work on a flatter stomach while losing the weight.

start a food diary and try to keep you calories below 1600, but not below 1200

cut out as much dairy as possible and cut out white pasta and rice and refined sugar

try not to eat after 7-7:30 and go for a walk after dinner

if you are focused on just a web site, i would suggest the glycemic index diet

weight watchers, e-diets, and nutra-system are great. Wanna lose it at home? E-diets is best for that. Keep a food journal, but personnaly I think that is just a way to make you feel guilty for everything u put in your mouth. It is a great way to make people become food- paranoid, but that is just my opinion.anyway, I think e-diets, and also, weight loss with norris, is great too.
