Are you eating well or are you eating lots of junk? If you don't get proper fuel, your body is running on empty.

Exercise is important, even just a brisk walk for 30 minutes would be great. Also, B vitamins are very important. A good multivitamin, plus an extra B-complex vitamin should help. Omega 3 (fatty acids) are great too. I can even tell a difference in my concentration when I take them. Try to go to bed around the same time every night and get up at the same time. If all of this doesn't work, or your not feeling significantly better it might help to go see the doctor and get a check up. It sounds like you're having some symptoms of depression. If you try all these things though it should help. Good luck to you, I hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like you are going through a period of depression. Not all cases of depression have a reason for it that you can find. Sometimes you have to push yourself to make a change. Why not try a new daily routine, like going to a park and running or walking. If you have a dog, walk your dog where there are people milling about. Dogs are sometimes a chick magnet, maybe you can meet some new people. Only you can make the changes necessary. Maybe take a class, look into a new hobby or interest. Good Luck
