If you are talking about a tan from sunless tanner I would get some exfoliating gloves and use them with a moisturizing shower gel. Try soaking in the tub a little while first then use the gloves. It seems like any moisturizing removes this stuff fast so use lots of lotion when you're done.

You should be more specific about your question, as in your "fake tan" or your tan you got from the sun or a tanning bed, because if it's not a fake tan, there's no real way you can remove it. If it's a fake tan, wash wash wash.

GRAb a pail of cold water,
dump it on yourself- get a mirror and watch your tan dissapear!

Use an exfoliator to slough off dead skin cells every time you shower but remember to lotion up as the exfoliating can be drying
