If you go early in the morning, it gives you that burst of energy that you need to make your day go by smoother. But if you choose to go at night, the advantage to this is you can release tension that you might have built up that day. Going at night really helps you unwind and sleep better at night. I personally like the effect morning workouts have on my body, it eliminates the coffee routine, since you are running on adrenaline.
