If color was taken out the picture what do you see? Was there actions justified and do you believe how far the NAACP has brought this? I say dont free them. Give them time and make them pay for there actions. As for the noose hangers. Well, they should do some time as well but there actions didnt physically hurt anyone it just hurt some black kids feelings thats all. Grow up and let the nooses go. We segregate on our own! If some would grow up and stop acting like they own everything and share like the education instilled upon each of us maybe we could all get along! Until the day that you can accept the past and stop living in it then we will never get along and the NAACP just keeps the racism pumping.

Okay let me go ahead and say that the "letting go" part goes to everone who still holds the white americans today responsable for the past with african americans. I can say let that go b/c its the past. All the kids in this case black and white deserve punishment. I dont side with anyone here. Either way its all wrong. Why cant we all get along. My friends who are of all races agree with me in the fact that all these kids deserve punishment and that those 6 kids could have just been bigger and walked the other way. And about the NAACP pumping in racism. I still believe they do. Honestly how are they reinforcing all races to get together when just about all that I have heard from them is just about them and how they are hated and mistreated like they are the only ones. What people dont understand is white people black people indian and anyone else are always subjected to racisim. Do you not see it? We have to start with our kids! Why cant we all just get along!

The Jena 6 should do some time. The reason y it was attempted murder is because the kid was unconscious and they kept beating him. What other intent did they have after he was unconscious. The kids that hung the nooses should be punished but did not physically break the law. The kid that hit the other with the beer bottle should get charged with assault with a deadly weapon. That is the reality of the situation. If you don't adgree with me then you are not a rational person that truly wants things to be fair.

well...
i don't think they shld be freed but shld get a lighter sentence. although they were in the wrong for assaulting some1 but if u look at it as a whole.things like the hanging of the nooses.it is all these small things that cause racial riots and things like that.so if u take everything into account, both sides were in the wrong and shld be held accountable but the punishmeant shld vary.
the noose hangers may not have ment anything when they hung the nooses.they may have did it out of fun but every action has consequences. if they were a little more matured,they would not do such things.
and if they did it out of racism, then they shld grow up and realise that they are not kings they are not rulers and even if they are.they are no better than anyone else.there is no difference between whites of blacks.they are all humans.all of them have 2eyes a nose a mouth a heart lungs etc.
every1 is equal,unless u degrade urself by thinking that u are better than others

I completely disagree with you, But I do thank you for recognizing the situation because there is a lot of people who are not in the known about what's going on. Those nooses were a sign a racism and you say "let it go" uhhhh nooo how can you say let it go and then say the NAACP keeps pumping racism, they were not the ones who put those nooses on that tree, was it? No!
