I think it is good that he questions our leaders and even though most of what he says, I don't agree with, I think he has the right to say whatever he wants.

He's brilliant!

I'm not an American but he really is the closest thing I have seen to the brave Journalist we used to have in this country (Australia) in the seventy's and eighty's.
Men and Woman who throw lights into dark places and see what scurries out!
His series, "The Awful Truth" is the best thing I have seen come out of American TV ever!
We have a Satirical Series on TV in OZ at the moment called "The Chaser War on Everything" that kinda follows the same formula.

The best thing I seen Michael Moore do was the "Sodom Mobile" where he drove a bus load of Gays around the states and broke every anti homosexual law in the country and then went and confronted Fred Phelps in the street!

As I said Brilliant!!

I loved Bowling for Columbine and Roger & Me. I find his hypotheses very interesting.
I thought Fahrenheit 9/11 was a bit too "constructed" though. I haven't seen Sicko yet, but it's looks interesting (in a horrible way, for someone who lives in a country with social security).

As for Moore as a person, I'm glad he pokes around a bit sometimes. It provokes thought. But I think he smelled money, which might make his documenaries less powerful.

I don't agree with him about his approach to bringing good health to americans...

He wants treatment, i want prevention. Preventing people from developing diabetes and cardiac diseases is much more effective and cheaper than treating them once they do have it.

Ofcourse Michael Moore is a bit fat himself.

Preventing bad health is more difficult, especially in a soceity so entrenched into eating bad stuff.

In it's current state the healthcare system CANNOT provide for all sick americans so until americans become healthier it is impossible to give them all health care it COSTS TOO MUCH.

America is also broke, there is no money for healthcare reform.

Just another political extremist who's more interested in pushing an agenda than in making the world a better place.

The left's equivalent of Rush Limbaugh.

I don't know him. I haven't seen any of his films.

But I would think that any person who claims to be a faithful member of any church or belief system, or simply a decent human being, would feel obligated to give their opinion of the man, strong or otherwise, with respect.
