Don't they get it? I mean look Jesus/ Moses/Noah etc all came from the middle east. And yet they are the "enemies"? They just don't get it, do they?

What ever are you talking about? Provoked the end of times? People not following God is provoking the end of times. Do you get it?- As for Christians getting excited about the rapture the answer is obvious.

Now My real answer is to go on the" Research committee" like a College class project...
Go talk to different denomnations of preachers and ask what the rapture means to them then formulate your own answer to this question..
Make sure you go at least 7 different denominations.. Have fun and let us know how it goes.....

I guess cause this world is really the only hell that believers will know, and doesn't everyone want to be delivered from hell? Anyway, as far as us being "enemies", the New Testament is very clear about Jesus wanting the Gentiles too. No enemies here!!

People do that simply because of the inner fear that they have.
Its a sign of insecurity and the fear of the unknown.
They live in fear for they do not know who's go where and what happens then!
