I have tried the trial version of Adobe 8 Pro and it does all I ask for, but the price is just too high for no more than I would be using it. I see other products listed that do the same thing, but would like to see some feedback from users.

I use a free download called CutePDF. I can create any document using any program, and if I want to email it, hit the print button. Cute PDF shows up as a printer, click on it and it will transfer the document to a PDF file to email. I think it works great.
