No, but don't fall into the trap of just fabricating an essay solely from clips and references..............your input is what makes it worth reading. Always comment on the reference and tie it in to the subject of the title

As long as you fully cite the reference, it's not plagiarism. Plagiarism is passing off someone else's work as your own.

It is not plagiarism. Plagiarism means that you are taking credit for someone else's work. You are not doing that when you cite the source.
