Today is your lucky day. Simply leave the United States and go to the US embassy, or any US consulate, in the country you happen to be in. The Philippines will do just fine.
In front of a US consular officer you will be allowed to renounce your citizenship. After doing so the consular officer will have you sign some paperwork and all your worries will be over.
A word of caution, a lot of Philippine Army and Marines seem to be getting killed fighting the New People's Army (NPA), Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), Abu Sayyf, Moro National Liberation Front, elements of Jamal Islamia and other assorted rebel groups, bandits, thugs, murderers, cut-throats and thieves.
You'll want to hope the Philippines doesn't start a draft.

You will have a hard time doing this. If there actually is a draft, then I'm sure you would be able to find a country that will consider you a refugee if you leave the USA to go there, but short of that, you would have to be re-naturalized as a Filipino or you would end up stateless by doing this.
Commonwealth Act 63:
"The provisions of this section notwithstanding, the acquisition of citizenship by a natural born Filipino citizen from one of the Iberian and any friendly democratic countries or from the United Kingdom shall not produce loss or forfeiture of his Philippine citizenship if the law Of that country grants the same privilege to its citizens and such had been agreed upon by treaty between the Philippines and the foreign country from which citizenship is acquired."
Since the United States does not allow its citizens to be naturalized abroad without giving up their US citizenship, Filipinos naturalized in the USA lose their Filipino citizenship. You could go to the Filipino consulate/embassy and discuss this with them, because they might be willing to make an exception if you were naturalized against your will as a child, but otherwise I think this route is closed to you.

Why do you believe that? The Democrats plan to win and withdraw from Iraq. Although there are Democrats who have tried to re-instate the draft in the past few years, it was all for political show. It would be death for the party that did so short of in the face of a serious (and I mean nukes going off) threat. You need to chill and finish college. You are not ready for the real world yet. Besides, have you been paying attention to what is going on in the Philippines? They have their own problems with the Communist Guerrillas and Muslim Terrorists. You have a much better chance of getting drafted there. Would you rather fight in the jungle with a poorly trained and equipped army or sit in you dorm room playing Xbox?

Well if you want to renounce your citizenship because you don't agree with our nations policies, then I would encourage you to do so. Get the F out and don't come back.
However, if your only reason for doing so is getting drafted then you are not thinking clearly. We don't have a draft. We aren't going to have a draft. Sounds like you believe the Democrat fear mongering tactics over reality.
In any event, if you wish to renounce, this link will show you how.

You can denounce your US citizenship if you wish.It sort of makes me upset to hear that because my grandfather was in the Spanish-American war at age 14. He was defending the rights of the people of the Philippines if I am not wrong.
My dad was a US Army medic stationed in the Philippines during WW11,I am sure he would of rather been just about anywhere else then picking up people guts.Sometimes you have to step up to the plate in life.

I don't know what you are afraid of. The U.S.dosen't have a draft.
Most people would kill to be an american citizen. You have no idea how lucky you have it.
But I think that you should denounce your citizenship. You're a moron and you obviously don't know that much about the american military.

You CANNOT be drafted! How did you get to college by being so un-educated of the military?

renounce your U.S citizenship. Hopefully you get drafted in the Phillipino Army. I hope you get sent to Basilan Island to fight Abu Sayyaf and get killed. Why don't you grow some balls and stop running away? You will die if your time comes no matter where you are.
