So we have the monks in Burma demonstrating against the military rule with their chants and peaceful protests. It got me thinking for all the "good" the voice of the UK population does when we don't agree with a government issue, let the Houses of Parliament be beseiged by a marauding swarm of Morris Dancers, who are the stalwarts of British history and tradition.
Let them let rip with their jingly bell sticks and a "hey nonny ney" and see the politicians quake in their boots

OK, so when I posted this question it was little light hearted. However, 3 days on there is some serious sh*t going down in Burma with the ever present military rulers literally waving their sticks at for the oppression of the majority. Zimbabwe, Burma, Rwanda, even the shooting of kids in the UK by other mindless kids. I tell ya, we humans are determined to shaft ourselves so hard we disappear up our own orifices and the ants will take over within the next 100 years. I honestly don't hold much hope in modern society, ever since they abolished hanging. TOO MUCH PC AND DISRESPECT TO OUR ELDERS my friends. When will it all turn around?
