The words are Spanish but it does not make any sense.
Cuadra la voz???
Con la cara loca= with the crazy face.

No but my voice doesn't go with my face dude (loco) and I haven't even smoked yet.
be careful with literal translations, what they told you had a couple of words you have to change in English because they would not make any sense if you didn't.
loco is like dude or bro.
no me cuadra is when something doesn't go with something else.
No me cuadra lo que dices. What you are saying isn't logical.
No me cuadra la falda con la camisa. My skirt doesn't go with my blouse.

It does perfectly make sense, The sentence would mean something like:
No, but my voice doesn't fit with the face , and i don't smoke yet.
que algo cuadre ( cuadrar), means that something fits on.
and as for the word ( loco) is a slang word used between teenagers that means crazy and hadn't made any sense if i had translated it into english.

And it is not "my face" that would be "mi cara", surely. And neither of the verbs are in the first person.

like the others say "una nena tan chula"can recommend a exceptionally woman and so cool. yet in Spain, "cool" we used it to declare that somebody is incredibly area or boastful. for occasion. "Ella es muy chula!" (She's so boastful!). each thing relies upon on the context wherein that's suggested. desire it enables! ;) Merry Xtmas!
