You don't. Practically every university forbids use of P2P software because it sucks up the bandwidth and makes the network unavailable for legitimate users. It also opens the school to litigation since so many users were using their networks for criminal activities like piracy and fraud, not to mention the huge security threat it poses. Most universities let you off with a warning the first time you try to circumvent this policy, followed by disciplinary action and/or expulsion.
