I use Degree and it works well. But if you sweat excessively, you may need something stronger. I've even heard that Botox shots can help.

Depending on how MUCH you sweat, you may want to see a doctor about it. I was dealing with profuse sweating and tried EVERY type of deoderant known. I was told Mitchum would work wonderfully and did NOTHING for me. It was solely in the armpit region and never produced any odors, but I couldn't wear white shirts because I would constantly soak them in the armpit region.
If you suffer from this, it's possible that it is hyperhidrosis which is what my doctor told me I have. http://www.reference.com/browse/wiki/Hyperhidrosis. She gave me an underarm type deoderant that I have to apply at night to the armpits and it totally rids of the sweating. It works great, but sometimes itches and tingles once on. My doctor advised me that if the itching and tingling persists, to not shave my armpits.. Well, I'm NOT going to go out with hairy pits, so I just deal with it.
If this is not an issue for you, I would try Mitchum as I am told it works really well.

CertainDri works wonders. It can irritate the skin a little bit at first but you get used to it. You apply it at night, every other day. It's awesome for excessive underarm sweating.

There isn't one - wash your armpits with soap and warm water, rinse, and then rinse with very cold water - to close the pores - then pat dry with a clean towel. Now dress as lightly as weather permits, stay cool, and do not hurry - common sense, and NOT deoderants, is the solution!!!

I stopped using deodorant regularly. I think it's good not to clog your pores and wear it all the time.. However, I agree with the other poster that Degree work well.

I use Drichlor. You only use it at night, wash it off in the morning, and then use a normal deo/antiperspirant during the day. It really works!
