does taking a daily multi vitamin help prevent and fight against acne?

i have acne but its not the worst but i dont have clear skin...
im just wondering if the multi vitamin wil help keep my skin healthier...which in turn might help my acne a lil bit...

no. you should go to your doctor if you have a bad case of acne, the cream he will provide will be the best bet to fight it!
