To those who say, not strange --they are good.
Who said strangeness and goodness were opposites?

sgt slaughter -- you are so right. You know, I don't even care which side of a tough political question someone is on, if they stand their ground. I don't disrespect righties, or lefties... but the damned any-way-the-wind- blows moderates are something I want to scrape off my shoe.
History changes, for the better or forthe worst, because of people with courage.

Decidedly odd, insecure, unsure and yet with hearts of gold!
The majority of their women unfortunately inherent with loud mouths and far too brassy / bossy!
Hence the reason many American men (especially in the military and expats) once out of their country environment - marry foreign women!

Americans are strange because they are doing things not normally done by other people. While Americans have problems in just losing weight, many people are troubled in how to eat twice a day. As a suggestion, they must give their extra money for food to the poor people.

really the only thing strange about the americans is they are wishy washy, they can't take a real stand on anything . one minute they follow this person and as soon as someone else seems a little more smarter there they go. americans don't know how to think for themselves anymore. in this day and age they just follow along blindly

You put two nebulous descriptive terms. American and Strange. Americans come in a huge variety, therefore it is not fair to lump them together. People we all are, no matter where we are or who we are unless we start calling people we don't like, or who don't agree with us by some other name. We certainly are different as we are not exposed to the rest of the world, somewhat independent of extraneous influences, as we are water bound , where the rest of the world is geographically contiguous. Good question.

i'm no longer English or American. even nonetheless, I actual have had adventure dealing with the two. human beings - very wonderful and correctly mannered human beings, life type and accents booring, very dramatic at situations, little experience of humour, stunning white pretend enamel, scared sh*tless(of course, i may be too if George Bush grow to be in value) English - additionally wonderful human beings, life type and accents are project-free going, could have a superiority complicated, extensive experience of humour, enamel could be stable or undesirable yet that applies to everywhere else too. stable guy in value - Tony Blair. So, human beings are no longer unusual yet extremely conservative, very no longer in basic terms like the English who continuously up for a snigger yet do no longer disenchanted them!!! lol
