My mom, for whatever reason, likes to grab my arm when she's mad and dig her nails into my skin.
It hurts...
She treats me like sh*t compared to my older brother too...
My dad said if she hurts me, and I do anything about it he'll beat me up... Me and him have had fist fights before, but that's because he's a drunk loser.
So, would you consider that physcial abuse what my mom does to me?... Like I have dead skin all over my arm from her.
And I told my uncle [Finally] and he said if anything bad happens I'm welcome to stay with him.
But he lives in Ohio... And my parents would be on him for "kidnapping" because he picked me up because I was getting hurt.
So I don't know what to do. I love my uncle mroe than anything and I woud love to live with him, as opposed to my parents...
So I just don't know what to do?
Advice and answers are welcome :D

I chose not to go to my school guidance lady... I don't like her, and she wouldn't understand anyways, nor could she do anything because she's supposed to keep things "confidential"

If you're over 12, you have a say in court as to where you choose to live.
I'm sorry that you are in such a sh*t-as* home. Parents are supposed to be loving and kind, not hurtful in anyway.
Stand up for yourself. Tell her to stop touching you inappropriately - if your dad wants a fight, let him. You can dial 911 faster than he can run.
Call ur uncle- go if you can. Why would your parents care? I bet they won't.
You make me want to cry....you shouldn't be put in these adult situations and your parents are WRONG.
Is there someone at school you can go to?

Don't get the cart before the horse.
Yes, Abuse seems to be the description that I would use.
Contact a teacher, police, counselor anyone that will listen.
If they won't listen get someone else until someone does.
When presenting your case to the adults explain that your uncle has offered help and let them make the arrangements.
This way your uncle will not get in trouble and possibly will receive help from the child welfare people, financial and informational.
Don't waist time.
Let your uncle know who you will be talking to so that he can contact them for proper instructions.

Unlike other I read your whole story. It wont be kidnapping the state or whatever signs paper cause youre getting hurt and then you legally go to your uncles. Call the police or dial 911 and ask for CPS they wil transfer you to your uncles house with no kidnapping. Tell the CPS its really bad and make it sound worse.

To me psychological abuse is worse than actual abuse.With actual abuse yours harm's are healed in a short volume of time,yet regrettably with psychological abuse your harm's can some years to heal.

It sounds to me like you are looking for excuses to use to go live with your uncle, instead of your parents.
From what you wrote, and how you worded it, I am going to go with a "no" answer on the abuse question. I think you may even be exaggerating about all the dead skin on your arm, but, that's just what I got out of your little story.
Sorry, I don't mean to sound insensitive, and I am sure this won't earn me any best answer...lol...but it's just how I feel.
I think you should look for other ways of figuring out how to live with your uncle.

You are being abused by both your parents. Ask your uncle to call the proper authorities about your abusive situation. You could also try talking to your guidance counselor at school, they can help you. Good luck sweetie, and God bless and protect you.

if you are old enough to tell someone that you are being made to feel abused or uncomfortable then i dont know how the law would consider your uncle as a kidnapper if you willingly went there. find an adult you can trust, get money for bus or plane fare and then go yourself and hopefully it would work out

I would go with your uncle now. Yes that is abuse. Or report it to a person of authority, I don't want you to get hurt worse...I am so sorry you are going through this

i don't know if you would like to go this route, tell your school counsler. Talk to them, and ask them to help you. what are the right steps in your state to get this going. Yes what your moms doing is abuse and so is your dads. Remember emotional abuse is worse than pysical and you are going through both.
