Are ladies more attracted to you if you posess that dangerous risky edge? And what is the best cologne to wear if you are in fact, polite and wimpy, but want to exude that "man of danger"
edge? In short...are the AXE commercials true?

birdie: Thanks for your honesty. Danger has some odd attraction, until it becomes real, don't it?

In my opinion... Women look for men that can stand up for themselves (and at times even against them) - but as far as being violent .... never. I have seen women who go after the wrong guys and getting either into trouble, hurt, or left alone with children. One thing is that you have to be yourself.... if they aren't going to like you regardless then being yourself you have no problem remembering who you were. Be polite to all women regardless if you know them or not... the ones that don't know you will eventually come to see that you are polite. Believe me that can take a while.

Edited - Remember the "nice guys" can turn violent if they are with women who treat them like dirt. It is a catch 22. Women want men who treat them right, but yet they will treat the nice man like he is dirt, and eventually he will wind up being a wife beater... then the women complain about the man they have. Women if you want a nice man, treat him right too.

I adore a polite man. I want to be with a gentleman who knows how to treat others. I want a man I can respect not fear.

But I seem to be abnormal in this because a lot of the girls I know stay with boys who treat them like crap.

Now as far as being "slapped around" well ... a little spanky spanky in the bedroom never hurt anyone, if you know what I mean (and I think you do)!

My self ; i like polite men and to me that doesn;t make them weak nor wimpy in any kind of a way....Men that are polite are almost like an endangered species,,They are out there but you really have to search,,A man that is rude and wants or thinks he will get farther by slapping a women; will end-up getting slapped' and thrown out the door; as Shelly don;t play that way,,,,,Shelly

Well personally I believe that it all depends on the individual. In my case,I dont think think nice guys are wimps but I kind of get bored with them when I am in a relation ship with nice men so what usually happens is that I start behaving kind of meantowards them when their niceness gets to me and they either get scared of me and breack up with me or they turn in to freacking monsters and they become women beaters ... I know it sounds sick but I have my own personal reasons.

After gettin slapped around by the first husband--'the thrill is gone'====the batterers are the wimps!!!!
And, that holds true even metaphorically speaking--mental/emotional abuse is still abuse.
FINALLY: Guys who think like that should go back to my grand-dad's Old Spice--when that sort of KRAP was 'acceptable'--right :(

Heck no! Don't want no slappin' around. If a guy can't respect the woman he's with, he's a loser for sure, at least in my book. And the way to a woman's heart is not necessarily through her nose, but if you want to douse yourself with Aramis, that's okay by me. No sweat, though, please!
