Not *because* of veganism, but for the reasons any other woman might stop having cycles. The only time a vegan woman who I've known personally has stopped, it was due to pregnancy ;-)

Untrue, People who don't eat enough in general and put their bodies into malnutrition sometimes find that their menstrual cycle will stop. But if a vegan eats properly , there is no reason (which relates their chosen lifestyle) why their menstrual cycle should cease.

I've been vegan for over five years, and I'm still bleeding monthly. I do know a few vegans who don't have menstrual cycles, but that's because they're postmenopausal women or they're men.

VERY not true.
The main thing that stops a women's menses is too low body fat. If a woman is eating a proper Veggie/Vegan diet she will not be too thin. Just much thinner than the meat eaters, which is very god for her health.

Only if they're not carrying enough body fat (but that's true of any woman.) Vegans get pregnant and have babies, so that pretty much tells you they have periods.

No, if that were true then vegans wouldn't be able to have kids, and there are PLENTY of vegan mothers.
